Returns and Exchanges
For international orders (outside Turkey), returns or exchanges are not accepted except for faulty or incorrect items.
For domestic orders (from Turkey), you can return the products you bought from our site with its invoice within 14 days meeting the below conditions:
For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are accepted for earrings and ear cuffs.
Custom made orders or tailored products per request (color, size, etc.) are not included in the scope of returns and exchanges.
For your return and exchange requests, please send an email to email@example.com; including the product you would to return, the reason behind your request and your contact information. Following the approval of your request, a return tracking number will be sent to you.
In order for the refund to be made, the product must be sent in its original package, together with the invoice.
Returned products must not be used. Returns of products that are no longer resellable due to user error, such as damaged as a result of impact or fall, perfume or skin odor, stone or color deformation will not be accepted.
The remaining amount is transferred to your credit card or bank account after deducting the costs such as shipping, gift package, etc. from the total fee you pay.
