In order to provide these features and functionalities while you are using a mobile device, we may, with your consent, automatically collect geolocational information from your mobile device or wireless carrier and/or certain third-party service providers. Such information is collectively called the "Geolocational Information." Collection of such Geolocational Information occurs only when the Platform is running on your mobile device. You may decline to allow us to collect such Geolocational Information, in this case we will not be able to provide certain features or functionalities to you.

Payment Information

When you wish to purchase a product or service, you will be required to provide certain information to our third-party payment vendors pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use. Such information may include a credit card number, expiration date, and similar information. This data is collectively called the "Payment Information." You authorize our third-party payment vendors to collect, process, and store your Payment Information. We do not store or process your Payment Information.

Credit Card Security

Our company prioritizes the security of credit card holders who shop from our shopping sites. Your credit card information is not stored in any way in our system.

When you start the payment process, key or lock symbol on the bottom line of your browser shows that you are on a secure internet page and all your information is encrypted and protected. Credit card data is encrypted with 128 bit SSL Secure Sockets Layer protocol, and sent to the relevant bank for query. If the card is approved, the shopping will be sustained. Since no information about the card can be viewed and recorded by us, third parties are prevented from obtaining this information under any circumstances.

The reliability of payment / invoice / delivery address information of credit card orders placed online is audited by our company against Credit Card Fraud. For this reason, the accuracy of financial and address / telephone information must be confirmed. If necessary, the credit card holder customer or the relevant bank is contacted to control this information.

Only you can access and change all the information you provide while registering to the site. If you protect your login information securely, it is not possible for others to access and change information about you. For this purpose, during transactions, we act within the 128 bit SSL security area which is an international encryption standard.

Online shopping sites with customer service hotline and full address and telephone information are more preferred today. Thanks to the customer service support, you can get detailed information about all the issues you have in mind, and you can get more information about the reliability of the company providing online shopping service. We recommend that you contact us from the channels provided on the web site for any queries you may have.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Saras Jewels aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Information.

In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights:

· Request correction of the Personal Information that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new information you provide to us.

· Request erasure of your Personal Information. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove Personal Information where there is no good reason for us to continue to process it. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request for erasure for specific legal reasons, which will be explained to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.

· Object to processing of your Personal Information where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground, as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object where we are processing your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which override your rights and freedoms.

· Request the transfer of your Personal Information to you or to a third party. We will provide to you, or a third party you have chosen, your Personal Information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this right only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your Personal Information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in such circumstances.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal information (or to exercise any of your other rights).
